What we manufacture:
We can manufacture any type of panel you might need, but in a seamless
panel, we offer 1", 1.5" and 2" mechanically
seamed panels straight or curved. We also offer
a 1.75" integral snap lock panel, flat locked
panels and a 1" concealed fastener wall/soffit
panel.
The 1" high standing seam is the classic standard. Long before
machines were around to extrude panels,
contractors the world over were installing this
definitive look. The 1.5" and 2" relatives of
this beautiful panel were developed to create
greater shadow lines, to add structural
strength, and to provide greater integrity in
low sloped situations.
The 1.75" integral snap seam panel has a slightly edgier look.
Square on the top, it lends itself more to
commercial and contemporary projects. It's "snap
together" seaming system makes it very cost
effective, compared to mechanical seaming.
Combined with the right metal, this panel is
also one of the best to use in structural
situations where no decking is to be used.
The flat locked panel is usually used where a more monolithic
finished surface is desired. You have probably
seen it and possibly not know what it was. Often
made of copper so it's seams can be soldered, it
is generally rectangular panels of less the 24"
by 36". It also makes a wonderfully industrial
looking wall panel.
The 1" concealed fastener wall/soffit panel is just that. Not a
roof panel, but a beautiful clean line to finish
a soffit or wall used as either a vertical or
horizontal panel.
