Splice Plates are designed to give a more secure connection to edge metal systems and minimize the risk of water leaks. These items are always custom fabricated to match a certain edge metal, such as gravel stop, baldy cleat or parapet cap, for example.

Splice plates are an alternative to cover plates. While cover plates change the look of edge metal systems, since they are placed over the edge metal, they actually minimize even more the risk of leaks. Splice plates are installed between the hook strip and the edge metal, therefore are not visible but very effective.

Splice plates are custom fabricated to any measurements and angles. These items usually measure 6" or 8" in length but can also be fabricated in any other lengths. We can also match any profile.
